Thanks God an evil soul has left the highest office of Pakistan judiciary. Instead of providing quick & free justice to poor and suffering he abused his office to its maximum to deprive people from their most fundamental rights including the right of being governed by their elected leaders. In this regard he shook hands with puppets of anti Pakistan and anti Islam forces including Imran Khan and Qadri. He too took the dictations from Pakistan’s agencies infested by anti State elements and black sheep in different institutions as painfully exposed by none other than Honorable Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Mr. Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui. Naturally Siddiqui paid the expected price; he was terminated without debate and discussion on his serious allegations.
Justice Saqib Nisar is not the first judge in judicial history of Pakistan. From Justice Muneer to Justice Dogar Pakistan’s judicial history is marred with judges who kept supporting military dictators and other corrupt elements. Same can be said about Pakistan Election Commission, Bureaucracy and Media. The black sheep in various institutions were not happy with Mr. Nawaz Sharif who refused to take dictations and kept serving the country in most honest and sincere way. Of course he did make some some blunders and also paid the price for those blunders. Mr. Nawaz Sharif belonged to an industrial family. His father was a great industrialist and at one time he was second among industrialists of Pakistan. His father’s industry exported Diesel engines and thus earned very valuable foreign exchange for the country. Sharifs have very strong family structures and they are honest to the core! This can be judged by the fact that Nawaz Sharif did not receive official salary of being Prime Minister and nor did his younger brother. His late father used to pay salaries to all his sons from his pocket.

Some of the big faults of Mr. Nawaz Sharif had been:
- Refusal to take dictations from Bill Clinton and Tony Blair and thus carrying out nuclear blasts
- His efforts to bring fundamental changes in the constitution to make it in line with Islamic laws
- His creation of network of motorways
- Creating C-Pak which could be fate and game changer for Pakistan
- His energy projects injection more than 11,000 megawatts of electricity
The hostile forces of course did not want all this and hence they created numerous obstructions in the path of progress and prosperity. As the elections were fast approaching The Judiciary, Secret agencies and their puppets made an alignment to topple Nawaz Sharif and not allow him to win the elections. An important meeting in this regard was held in London and its decisions were later known as London Plan. By extreme manipulation and through utter dishonesty Justice Saqib Nisar manipulated the entire investigation against Sharifs. He had no shame and remorse in snatching the rights of people of Pakistan in violating the constitution of Pakistan! To hide his most disgraceful acts he tried to compensate that with paying attention to the matters which even did not come under his domain. Visiting hospitals, calling highly qualified doctors in his court and trying to humiliate them, collecting funds for dams which were in fact started by none other than Nawaz Sharif. And who soever criticized him and his fellow judges he gave them all sorts of punishments under the umbrella of “contempt of court”! He was blind to see the real terrorist contempt of court by Musharraf who arrested the judges and kept their families under house arrest. He never asked Imran to pay billions in damages which occurred due to his Dharnas or sit ups in Islamabad He never called in Qadri on account of attack on PTV and other terrorism acts including murder of police inspector Shaukat! Sharifs are still paying the heavy price for honestly working for this country and its people!
Justice (R) Saqib Nisar with the help of Satanic elements in the agencies supported all efforts to topple elected leadership of the country. He was active player in pre-poll, intra-poll and post poll rigging through shameful tactics including formation of extremely partial Joint Investigating Team ( JIT). He used the judiciary and National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to entangle Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan Muslim League (N)(PMLN) to not let them run an effective election campaign! But seeing that despite all efforts (PMLN) may still win the elections; his partner in crime Election Commission (EC) came to his aid. The rigging process was started by not allowing representatives of all contesting candidates in each polling booth (4 in one polling station); only one representative was allowed instead of four and therefore in remaining 3 booths one can insert as many fraud votes as possible and can destroy the votes by putting extra marks on the ballot papers. Each polling booth had less than 2000 votes and as the percentage of the casted votes is usually no more than 50% then counting of about 1000 votes should not take more than one hour and results could be handed to each representative in less than 2 hour. As the voting generally stops at 5 pm the results should have been available at 7 pm or at the most at 8 pm. But that was not the case! The first result was announced at 2:00 am! Over 92% of the form 45 did not have mandatory signatures of all the representatives of the candidates. And hence the elections were NOT transparent and hence not fair at all!
Justice Saqib Nisar even stopped the re-counting of votes which was undergoing on the orders of Lahore High Court on the plea of the lawyer of Imran Khan. Imran Khan who is compulsive and habitual liar of the highest grade had earlier in his speeches had asked his opponents to go ahead and recount the votes in any constituency! But seeing that despite all wrong doings in some constituency he may still loose if recounting was allowed, he through his patron Justice Saqib Nisar was able to stop the counting right in the middle.
As Constitution of Pakistan upholds the right of people to elect their servants for next 5 years, Justice (R) Saqib Nisar and all those dictating him and supporting him were guilty of high treason by depriving and snatching that right which is no less serious than military martial law!
Needless to say that Zionists controlled CIA had been toppling the elected leadership when it refuses to bow to them. This is particularly true for Muslim countries as they feel threatened by Islam seeing that only Islam has the ability to rescue suffering humanity from claws of the Zionists. There are countless examples! Iran’s Dr. Mussadiq, was toppled by CIA, Pakistan’s first Prime Minister Liaquat Ali Khan was assassinated by CIA. Egypt’s Morsi was toppled and a failed attempt was made on Tayyab Erdogan! They implant their puppets who serve them rather than their people! Examples include Sissy of Egypt, Abbas of Palestinian authority and Imran Khan of Pakistan!
Traitors like Justice Saqib Nisar and puppets in agencies, bureaucracy, election commission and media are always available to them. Zionists regards these puppets as their chained dogs! They throw bones to them and these dogs then bite their own people on the whims of their masters!
So no tears on retirement of Justice Saqib Nisar as who cares about a chained dog biting his own people!
